Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book an appointment at InPhysio, as you can come directly to us whether your symptoms are new, ongoing or related to a previous injury, and we will guide you through the appropriate assessment and treatment.

Booking is simple and flexible, as you can contact us by phone, send us a message, or book online at a time that suits you, allowing you to choose the most convenient option for your schedule.

We do our best to accommodate urgent or same day appointments whenever possible, although availability depends on the clinic schedule on the day, so we recommend contacting us as early as you can.

Your first appointment includes a thorough discussion of your symptoms and medical history, a detailed physical assessment of your movement and the affected area, and a clear explanation of the findings, followed by an initial treatment session and a personalised plan outlining the next steps in your recovery.

Yes, we work with most major health insurers including Bupa, Aviva, AXA, Vitality and Nuffield Health, as well as all cash plan providers such as Simplyhealth, Health Shield and Medicash, and we recommend checking with your insurer in advance to confirm your level of cover.
